Homer,

Thanks again for the wonderful lessons, and I much appreciate the very fine detail you are providing in your observations, and we look forward to seeing you tonight at the Beat to continue our tango exploration.   Each day after having your lessons, we've come away with a feeling of being on a clear path of very good progress.   Thanks for being one of our trusty guides along the way.

Homer,

Last night was really fun!   The private with you was very informative and fun - and the practica at the Beat RULES!   Yippee!   I feel much better about getting into Tango here in the Bay area now.   :)

Homer --

Thanks for the great lesson today!!!   I am learning so much that is so practical and that directly adds to the quality of my dancing.

Tonight at the milonga, I could see how much more dynamic and alive my dancing has become in contrast to before.   And it has made dancing much more fun, because of the richer texture resulting from your coaching.

I think this whole idea of pushing off from the driving leg has made all the difference in the world for creating these enhanced effects in my dancing.   I am still not as grounded as I should be, but after I think I've habituated this "pushing off" feeling, then "grounding" and also "energy" are the next important concepts (from our lessons together) to work hard.

And of course, continued relaxation, balancing at the "sweet spot" of balance, and breathing, and leading from the power center of the abdomen.. :-)   Thanks for all the wonderful ideas.   If nothing else, working with you has made dancing fun again! :-)

Hi Homer,

I can't tell you how much fun I had dancing.   Your lesson helped me so much!

Others agree.   One of your gifts is to make your followers comfortable - that you will enjoy the dance regardless of their ability - to connect and be there with them....   I ask you two [Homer & Cristina] to please be the leaders of a tango revolution - grounded in heart, fortified by skill.

Yes, Homer, it was breathtaking to watch you and your partner practicing last Friday at the Allegro!   You were so perfectly matched...connected...with smooth, fluid movements like silk and water flowing.   It was wonderful to experience...just wanted you to know that I loved watching you both!

Abrazos,
Sandra Miraglia

Homer Sensei,

Thank you very much for the great instruction.

It was by far the best tango class I have ever taken in Bay area.   I tried every tango teachers in this area for last four years.   And I am very selective about which teachers I study tango or any movements classes with, since I teach Alexander Technique.

I am telling many about you and how much you are helping me.   It will take me some time to digest what you have got me working on but it is definitely in the making.   I am excited, and thank you so much.   You are very good at what you do and well appreciated.

Hi, I wanted to thank you for your time here [Providence, RI] and let you know what a wonderful presentation you and Cristina gave.   You did an excellent job of presenting the musicality of the tango.   What first attracted me to the tango was how the intensity of the music could be so beautifully interpreted by the movement of the dance.   One does not exist without the other.   You and Cristina presented it remarkably.

Thank you
